This directory has some sample data from the Carbon-I Demo Unit. Generally the "latest, best" of each kind

Each folder should contain the "raw data" taken in the cleanroom, a bit of Python code to read it and make a plot (and possibly a CSV file and such).

"raw" here is already averages over 1000 actual raw frames - since we're not moving there was no reason not to splurge on SNR. 

There was no attempt to make the "imaging" part of this work perfectly - light sources cover 50 or 100 spatial pixels (and some of the data extraction averages over those)
